Title Alliance Announces Manager Appointment for Greater Newtown Abstract

Title Alliance recently announced this partnership with Keller Williams Market Centers marking their 23rd affiliated relationship.
Sharon arrived at Greater Newtown Abstract with over 25 years of experience in the Real Estate Title Industry, specializing in both residential and commercial transactions. Previously, she managed a title agency and handled all of the day to day operations including closings, disbursements and account reconciliation. Sharon is also well versed in conflict and claims resolutions, client and customer relations, and maintaining current office procedures to ensure compliance with RESPA and CFPB rules and regulations.
