eDepoze Secures $2.8 Million in Seed Financing to Expand Reach of Legal Technology Platform

The lead investor in the round was Nova Partners, LLC of Kansas City. Troy Gregory of Nova Partners will join the eDepoze board. Nova Partners’ investment was accompanied by new funds from existing eDepoze investors, as well as several new angel investors.
eDepoze will use the funds to continue expansion of its litigation software platform, grow its base of law firm and corporate legal clients, and expand its team.
eDepoze’s expanded software system will provide a single, cloud-based platform for attorneys to work with electronic exhibits and evidence during depositions, trials, arbitrations, witness preparation sessions, hearings, and mediations. It also will enable litigation teams to collaborate more efficiently between events, all while delivering substantial cost savings to law firms and their clients.
