Boston-Based Sigma Prime Ventures Announces Jere Doyle has Joined the Firm as Managing Director
Boston, MA (PRWEB) October 06, 2015 -- Sigma Prime Ventures, a leading early stage technology venture capital firm, today announced that Jere Doyle has joined the firm as Managing Director. Doyle has over 25 years of experience in founding, operating, and leading successful companies; and recently has been one of New England’s most active seed investors in early stage technology companies, investing and providing executive leadership to over 50 technology businesses over the past 4 years.

Before joining Sigma Prime, Jere served as Managing Director of Oyster Angel Fund, a firm he founded. At Oyster, Doyle invested and worked with over 50 early stage technology companies in Big Data, Social, Mobile, AdTech, eCommerce, Local Internet Commerce, and Cloud Based Tools.
Before starting Oyster Angel Fund, Doyle founded and was CEO of leading Internet Customer Acquisition firm Prospectiv, an early business to business and business to consumer marketing technology company that served major brands as well as SMB’s. Prospectiv was sold in 2010 to Affinion.
Jere has led Boston College’s Entrepreneurship Initiative over the past several years, and was recently named the Executive Director of the Shea Center for Entrepreneurship at The Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
Jere currently holds advisory and Board positions at various early stage companies.
