Hewlett Packard’s High Quality Digital Technology Reaches ITP’s Front Door…Again!
Elizabethtown, PA (PRWEB) October 04, 2015 -- After careful consideration of our clients’ needs and interest in maintaining the latest HP Indigo technology, ITP purchased a new HP Indigo digital press that will be online in October 2015. Pat McCauley, ITP’s Chief Operating Officer, explained. “We considered several options, but have partnered with HP for the last 8 years and haven’t found another machine that serves our clients’ needs as well as the HP Indigo 7800 Digital Press.”
This digital press upgrade incorporates an increased sheet size (13”x19”), the ability to run thicker stocks (up to 18 pt.) as well as increased productivity, press speed, and efficiency. A number of finishing effects and synthetic substrate options will also be utilized more significantly with the new technology. “The quality, speed, color and finishing capabilities provide us an even a greater ability to produce a top-to-bottom high-impact digital print products for our customers,” says McCauley.
Vince Mazza, Commercial Account Manager at HP, was extremely excited at the opportunity to work with ITP again. “There were several conversations about this upgrade, but in the end, ITP was consistent in its desire to invest in the HP Indigo and our latest technologies,” says Mazza.
Mazza commented that HP has sold several HP Indigo presses recently to serve the needs of commercial printers who want to maintain competitive pricing for their clients, but also for partnering with high-level pharmaceuticals, healthcare companies, advertising agencies and marketing departments “who need top-level, short-run marketing pieces promptly, with a high-quality finish and of course, within the tight deadlines we all know and love! ITP will be able to deliver in all areas with their new HP Indigo.”
Two of ITP’s press operators, members of its Electronic Pre-press, sales and marketing departments are completing training over the next couple months and the new HP Indigo 7800 Digital Press is expected to be fully integrated in October 2015.
ITP will then host a Print Marketing Strategies Seminar focused on the HP digital technology upgrade. The seminar will include a presentation by an HP marketing specialist and give clients an opportunity to learn practical and sophisticated ways to utilize the technology in their communication plans.
