Michels joins the leadership team with 20 years of experience in technology based client services. Before joining CaterTrax, Michels fulfilled various roles in his extensive career at Element K, focusing primarily on product management and strategic partnerships. He was also the Director of Content Management Solutions at General Code where he led pre and post-sales operations. Most recently, Michels was a Senior Program Manager at Cisco Systems. His extensive leadership experience in technology focused client services is expected to serve him well in his new role.
