For anyone preferring a private session with Anahata, she offers a 2-hour Shamanic Breathwork Clearing & Activation Session. This session incorporates guided visualization, holotropic breathwork, vibrational sound, soulful music, energy healing, Shamanic tools, crystal therapy and light body expansion techniques to facilitate a personal Sacred Journey. Deep Shamanic breathing has been found to facilitate profound emotional releases, open new channels of awareness and clear toxicity in the body. As such, many healing practitioners are also looking for ways in which to expand their service offerings. The Shamangelic Healing Center offers two courses to fulfill that need. The first course is Healing Tools for Practitioners taking place November 10th-12th 2015 in Sedona, AZ. This course is three days long with 21 hours of advanced classes designed for practitioners looking strengthen their abilities to address sensitive emotional client issues. Students will learn deep emotional-release techniques, guided visualization practices, and Shamangelic Breathwork techniques. The course will be offered again in March 2016.
The second course is the Shamangelic Breathwork Facilitation Training Course taking place November 17th, 2015 in Sedona, AZ. This is an optional fourth day intensive class that can be added on for those completing Healing Tools for Practitioners. The course is a 9 hours long certification class focusing exclusively on the practice of Shamangelic Breathwork and its use as a healing tool for practitioners. When the course concludes at the end of the day, students will help facilitate a Breathwork ceremony that evening.
On November 17th, 2015 from 6:30-9:00pm the public is welcome to attend the Shamangelic Breathwork Ceremony led by Anahata Ananda and the students of the Shamangelic Breathwork training class. It will be a wonderful opportunity for anyone interested exploring the power of Breathwork in a safe, loving space. The scared ceremony will be held at the Sedona Zen Den located at 50 Skyview Road in West Sedona. It will be a beautiful ceremony that incorporates guided visualization, transformational breathwork, music, and sound healing to facilitate a personal sacred journey for participants. The price is $25 for the event.
