Broadstripe Selects NuTEQ’s GOCare Mobile Customer Care Solution

NuTEQ Solutions, LLC, a leading provider of software solutions to the telecom and broadband industries, today announced that its GOCare Mobile Customer Care solution has been selected by Broadstripe to proactively deliver customer account data to subscribers’ mobile phones in response to consumer interest in personalized mobile customer care options.

NuTEQ’s GOCare Mobile Customer Care solution utilizes the proven technology of SMS to automate routine customer communications with a service provider’s back office systems. Recognized by Multichannel News’ 2014 Innovator Awards and a 2015 Cable Spotlight Product of the Year Award from Cable.TMCnet.com, GOCare provides two-way communications and multi-step processes to allow customer inquiries, account changes, mobile payments, outage notifications, scheduling changes, and customer satisfaction surveys to be delivered to the customers’ mobile device.
