SRS Real Estate Partners announced today that it has been retained to market for lease the entire ground-floor and lower-level retail box—measuring 70,000 square feet—at The Moinian Group’s development at Sky, 605 West 42nd Street.
The SRS team of Mark Kapnick, senior vice president and Patrick A. Smith, executive vice president and principal, from the New York office will market the retail space.
605 West 42nd Street occupies the entire block front on Eleventh Avenue between 42nd and 43rd streets.
