Irregardless’ menu has been an evolution that has followed Chef Gordon’s dietary and spiritual path. The Cafe started out as a vegetarian & vegan restaurant in 1975, and then added a new protein about every seven years – first fish and seafood, then poultry and duck and finally beef and lamb. Today, Irregardless is a ‘plant based’ restaurant – or a ‘Farm to Table’ restaurant – featuring delicious sides with proteins and truly innovative vegetarian, vegan and gluten free meals.
