Evanhoe & Associates Awarded Major USAF Software Development and Sustainment Contract at Robins AFB, GA
(PRWEB) October 09, 2015 -- On September 17, 2015, Riverside-based Evanhoe & Associates Inc. was awarded the Application Development & Sustainment Support Services (ADSS) contract at Robins AFB, GA, starting on September 18, 2015. The contract supports the US Air Force78th ABW Communications Directorate Software Development Branch (SCPD); the organization responsible for software development and sustainment of multiple systems. The three-year contract has an initial value of over $4.6M. As a result, Evanhoe’s Warner Robins, GA office will be expanded. Evanhoe has added eleven employees and eight sub-contractors for the initial work. The sub-contract personnel are provided by teammate, SRA International.
Evanhoe will be providing all personnel, supervision, equipment, materials, and other items or services necessary for program management, business application development, database administration, and web administration for the assigned systems at Robins AFB, GA. Program and Project Management includes support for requirements definition, research, cost estimates, Business Case Analysis (BCA), project tracking and reporting, and all necessary certification & accreditation documentation and processes. Business Application Development includes all applicable documentation, requirements gathering, design, development, deployment, incident support, and sustainment of business applications and their databases. Business Application Development may also include software changes, fixes, additions, and if necessary software upgrades or rewrites to contracted applications and systems. Database Administration and management support includes maintenance and support for database instances on Linux and Windows operating systems possibly including software installation, hardware and software configuration, database security and backup and recovery, database design, database and SQL analysis for improvements, and creation or support for enterprise standards and necessary documentation. Web Administration includes website design and content creation, SharePoint site administration and solution creation, InfoPath and workflow design and creation, and user support for those items.
