Advanced Patient Advocacy Disability Expert to Speak at Virginia AAHAM Fall Regional Meeting

Ms. Levesque Roche, a Disability attorney and subject matter expert, will be sharing her presentation “Unlock Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) and Revenue by Increasing SSI Enrollment” at the upcoming AAHAM event. Ms. Levesque Roche’s presentation is intended to educate hospital administrators on the nuances of navigating the Social Security Administration (SSA) and uncovering SSI/SSDI opportunities that hospitals may be missing within their current strategies.
The topics covered will include: understanding the Social Security Administration and how to build key relationships within the federal agency, tips on navigating the enrollment process, anticipating patient challenges and ways to accelerate the decision process.
