KM Institute Adds Course on “Social KM – Collaboration and Community Management” - Debuts First Class in London
Washington, DC (PRWEB) October 07, 2015 -- The KM Institute, the global leader in Knowledge Management Certification, has partnered with Mr. Rooven Pakkiri, to deliver a course on “Social KM: Collaboration and Community Management.”
Rooven Pakkiri is a noted expert on Social Business and Community Management, and is an acclaimed author, consultant and speaker in the Social Business space.
The debut class will be delivered Nov 10-11, in London, UK, along with KMI partner TFPL.
The class marks the first of many public classes on Social KM to be delivered as both a public and private class (public classes in London and delivered worldwide as a private engagement).
The class is ideal for anyone tasked to lead or refresh a collaboration strategy.
“We are very excited to finally be working with Rooven,” says Eric Weidner, VP of Business Development for KMI. “He brings a wealth of practical knowledge to the classroom; new ideas and concepts our students can glean from his years as a successful consultant.”
“I was fortunate enough to present at a KMI event recently and immediately found like-minded professionals who share the same passion for knowledge and learning in the digital age. We quickly realized that we had complimentary skills and the idea of creating a really innovative Social KM course with lots of hands on sessions for students was formed. I am looking forward to working with KMI and creating unique value for students as we explore and master the sharing economy.”
