In this role, Karen is responsible for managing the company’s global sales and marketing initiatives to support StayNTouch solutions. The company's hotel software solutions are aimed at re-thinking the entire interaction between the hotel and their guests, as well as dramatically simplifying all business processes for hotel staff and requiring a fraction of the training required by today’s legacy solutions.
Karen O'Neill is a hospitality industry veteran who brings twenty years of experience working with top tier technology, hospitality and restaurant industry clients. Karen has 15 years of executive experience in selling hotel technology and spent fifteen years with MICROS Systems (now Oracle Hospitality) where she held various positions in project management, major account management and sales and strategies. In her last role as Vice President, Hotel Sales and Strategies, Karen worked closely with many of the leading global hotel chains, independent properties and management companies on their technology strategy, system selection, and deployment. In 2013, Karen founded KnockOut Hospitality Consulting LLC, where she gained essential entrepreneurial experience. Karen is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science from the College of Hospitality, Retail and Sports Management.
