Flash Analysis Announces new FlashCUBE™ Process NMR for Phosphates and Petrochemicals
Redmond, WA (PRWEB) October 06, 2015 -- The new FlashCUBE(tm) series of Process NMR units are unprecedented in power, analytics, and connectivity. With both compact and full-size versions, the FlashCUBE systems are designed to be easily integrated into a variety of situations. Debut versions are offered for phosphate, petrochemical, and lithium brine measurements.
The “Thin Solution” TS models are quite small, at 36x24x10 inches (92x61x25.5 cm), but are competitive with much larger systems previously on the market, due to a magnet and spectrometer solution optimized for the compact size of the FlashCUBE-TS. The TS models, which are suitable for phosphorous-containing liquids (e.g. phosphoric acid) and slurries containing fine powders (e.g. tail streams), ship with a static reproducibility of 100 ppm or less. The larger cabinet-enclosed FlashCUBE-XL has the capability to deal with multiple process streams, to interrogate materials with larger particle sizes, and to measure lower concentrations. Both are customizable for particular situations, and both come equipped with proprietary Flash Machine Intelligence™ embedded into the Lightning MI™ software platform.
“We are excited to be debuting our FlashCUBE Process NMR systems at such an important venue for the phosphate industry,” said Dr. Steven Buckley, Flash Analysis President. “We have pulled together some of the best talent and experience in the industry to provide an unparalleled solution for customers. In particular, our goal is to provide rapid, actionable concentration and property information with systems that are simple to integrate and easy to use.” Along with a booth at the SME Florida Phosphate Conference, Flash Analysis industry veteran Vaughn Davis will be speaking on Thursday afternoon on “Magnetic Resonance Sensors for use in Phosphate Process Analytics” at the conference in Lakeland, FL.
