Leading eating disorder treatment facilities partner to expand access to excellent eating disorder care in Texas

Eating Recovery Center, the only national, vertically integrated, health care system dedicated to the treatment of serious eating disorders is pleased to announce that it has partnered with The Woodlands Eating Disorders Center in The Woodlands, Texas. Founded and led by eating disorders expert Deborah Michel, PhD, CEDS, this program is recognized as a leading provider of outpatient eating disorder care for adults, adolescents and children.

This transition from The Woodlands Eating Disorders Center to Eating Recovery Center, The Woodlands seeks to more effectively communicate the medical and clinical excellence of the Woodlands-based Intensive Outpatient Program, as well as its close connection to Eating Recovery Center. In addition to collaborating with Denver-based medical and clinical leadership, Dr. Michel and her team will work closely with Eating Recovery Center of Houston, led by regional eating disorder treatment expert Theresa Fassihi, PhD.
