The Resort at Tranquility Lake GP, LLC gained approval of their Project Development Plan Master Plan from the Cape Coral City Council.
Cape Coral, Florida (PRWEB) October 07, 2015 -- The Resort at Tranquility Lake GP gained approval of their Project Development Plan (PDP) Master Plan from the City of Cape Coral Monday evening for the development of a luxury motorcoach resort. This is a significant event for both the project and the City Of Cape Coral. The project’s vision has been cultivated over the last 2.5 years with the objectives of city and the needs of the marketplace at the forefront of its design.
The state of Florida promotes the highest population of RV enthusiast and motorcoach resorts of all the Eastern United states. With design elements in the traditional West Indies vernacular, this $40 million development will establish a new bar for the RV industry in terms of luxury resort life.
The Resort at Tranquility Lake encompasses 187 acres of land at the corner of Burnt Store Road and Durden Parkway. The central focus of the resort features a 90 acre spring fed lake and boating facilities. The luxury amenities package includes a luxury clubhouse, deluxe rental cabins, coach cottages, pickle ball and tennis courts, swimming pools and pool houses, fitness and hot spas, outdoor Tiki-bar, and recreational facilities for the 265 class A RV sites.
Detailed engineering design and permitting for the site improvements including grading, drainage, roads, and utilities will follow in preparation for the start of construction and the ground breaking ceremonies in Spring 2016. “The City of Cape Coral has been very diligent yet very supportive in seeing a project of this nature come to fruition. We expect to break ground early Spring 2016 with the first resort occupants of our motorcoach lots in December 2016,” said Duane Truitt, Project Manager.
