Identification Systems Group (ISG), the nationwide network of local identification system integrators, introduces a 600dpi retransfer plastic card printer to the market. The ISG PEAK RTX6000 offers double the resolution of other card printers with the same small footprint.

The PEAK RTX6000 provides the industry with incredible 600 dpi print quality that adds security microprint, UV microprint and Guilloche patterns to plastic cards. What is truly new is that these printing features are variable, on-demand as needed, not just static images that had only been available from the card manufacturers when producing special card stock.

The RTX6000 offers customers’ higher levels of card security including near-counterfeit proof cards that they can be produced on a desktop system. This goes above any other card printer offerings. Standard features include double sided printing, 64mg of RAM and works with current PEAK ribbons.

Tom Stiles, ISG executive director, said “For even better print quality to get those natural skin tones and finite details, and the exceptional security printing features, the ISG PEAK RTX6000 is perfect printer to add to the ISG’s already stellar line up of printers. It complements our current PEAK RTX1000 300 dpi retransfer printer."
