Chloe Goins Files Federal Lawsuit Against Bill Cosby for Alleged Sexual Assault

Chloe Goins, most recent alleged victim of Bill Cosby, files Federal lawsuit for alleged sexual assault that occurred in 2008. The Law Offices of Craig Goldenfarb, P.A., filed case number 2:15-CV-7817 in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Spencer Kuvin, lead trial attorney with the Law Offices of Craig Goldenfarb, P.A., filed a civil lawsuit, case number 2:15-CV-7817 in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, against Bill Cosby, on behalf of Chloe Goins. According to court documents, Ms. Goins was a teenager at the time of the alleged assault, when she alleges that she was drugged by Mr. Cosby, later waking up naked in a bed to him licking her toes and masturbating. When Mr. Cosby realized she was conscious, he quickly pulled up his pants and left the room.
