DC-Based FiscalNote Expands Offerings with Exclusive Customer Marketplace
Washington, DC (PRWEB) October 07, 2015 -- FiscalNote™, provider of a real-time legal analytics platform that tracks, analyzes and forecasts legal and policy data, today announced the release of its highly anticipated Marketplace, providing its customers with exclusive access to a premium partner network, service offerings and technology solutions to support their legislative and regulatory initiatives. The Marketplace, which can be accessed by customers through the FiscalNote platform, contains solutions such as grassroots campaign support, state regulations and international/emerging markets support. The new offering complements FiscalNote’s existing legislative and regulatory analytics products and highlights the company's continued commitment to customer success.
“The focus we place on customer success is a belief that is ingrained in the company culture at FiscalNote,” said Tim Hwang, co-founder and CEO, FiscalNote. “Our entire team, from engineering to operations, is extremely customer-driven and focused on solving the challenges our users face. The launch of FiscalNote’s Marketplace is the next step in our efforts to help our customers make real-time decisions, reduce political risk and decrease the costs that are associated with regulatory compliance.”
Along with co-founders Jonathan Chen and Gerald Yao, Hwang began the company in 2013 after recognizing that legacy legal data services continued to use outdated technologies to serve their customers’ needs. By applying artificial intelligence to real-time and historic legislative data, FiscalNote built its first product, Prophecy, with the most robust search and advanced notification functionality in the industry, along with legislator analytics and the ability to forecast legislative outcomes with 94 percent accuracy.
FiscalNote will provide immediate access to the Marketplace for its growing list of customers, including Lyft and Aetna.
“At FiscalNote, we strive to provide our customers with premium services,” said Hwang. “They will now have access to top-tier technology, our strong partner network and end-to-end service capabilities that are ready to work for them. We anticipate the Marketplace will grow with additional offerings over time.”
The company launched a second product, Sonar, in early 2015 that provides policy and legal professionals a single, holistic view into federal regulatory activity. With robust search, tracking and analysis capabilities, users gain instant access to meaningful insights across regulatory data sources as regulations move through the rulemaking process. The product’s sophisticated comment analytics layer helps users effortlessly determine who is commenting on a proposed rule, the overall sentiment expressed and how likely such comments are to affect the process – based on the commenters’ industry market share, general gravitas and other relevant data points.
