Qorus Software Releases Qorus Breeze Proposals 2.3 – Making Creating Pitches, Proposals and RFP Responses Even Easier
Seattle, Washington (PRWEB) October 08, 2015 -- The new version boasts a number of impressive user-experience and content-search enhancements – as well as some powerful new features that will simplify and streamline proposal, pitch and RFP processes even further.
Highlights include:
USERS CAN ALLOCATE CONTRIBUTION TASKS TO COLLEAGUES FROM WITHIN EXCEL
Now, in addition to Microsoft Word, users can allocate content sections or RFP questions to relevant subject-matter experts straight from the Excel document they’re working in. The responses are automatically pulled back into the original document, eliminating version-control issues.
GUEST USERS CAN NOW CONTRIBUTE
Guest users can be added to projects in order to contribute proposal content. These users can be from the client’s organization, or from an external company. Allocations can be assigned to guest team members directly from the document. Users can complete their assigned tasks without having to log in to the system or download the Qorus Breeze Proposals plug-in.
USERS CAN NOW LIMIT WHAT CONTRIBUTORS SEE, THROUGH A PRIVATE ALLOCATIONS FEATURE
This new functionality is designed to help document owners control access to sensitive documents. For example, selected contributors can be given access to content sections that are relevant to them, while their view of the rest of the document is restricted.
ENHANCED SEARCH CAPABILITIES MAKE IT EVEN EASIER
Users can now clearly identify where their key search phrases appear in the text of a document. This. combined with a new, expanding search box and search 'help' feature, enables users to get the best from Qorus Breeze Proposals' powerful search capability.
Qorus founder and CEO, Ray Meiring says: “The goal here is to make collaboration easier and to further simplify the often-painful RFP response process. As this new release shows, we're on a mission to help businesses simplify and streamline their Sales processes”
