Surveillance Solutions Provider Q-See Empowers Students With Scholarship Fund
Anaheim, CA (PRWEB) October 08, 2015 -- Surveillance and technology provider Q-See is proud to announce the continuation of the Sharma Family Scholarship fund at the University of California, Irvine.
The fund, funded by the generosity of the Sharma family, seeks to empower students who strive to achieve their goals while managing a learning disability or ADHD.
Rishi Sharma, General Manager at Q-See, has a personal connection to the award, saying, “As an alumni of UCI and member of the LD community, I find it important to contribute to and help support those living with what is an invisible disability to many.”
The $3,000 scholarship is awarded annually in June to worthy students displaying financial need who are registered for services through the Disability Service Center (DSC) with a Learning Disability (LD) and/or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
