Stephen P. Robinson, P.E., LEED AP, vice president, will present next week during the 64th Annual Southeastern Regional Association of Physical Plant Administrators (SRAPPA) Annual Conference.

His presentation, “How to Get the Most Benefit from a Window Testing Program for New Construction,” is designed to serve as a water intrusion preventative method for building owners and plant managers to minimize future failures, reduce maintenance expenses over the lifecycle of the building, and validate whether or not new doors and windows are installed and operating as intended. An astounding 70 percent of construction litigation is due to water intrusion through the building envelope.

The presentation will be provided to plant managers across the southeast region on Monday, October 12, 2015, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at the Belle of Baton Rouge Casino and Hotel.
