OrthoScan, Inc. Awarded Mini C-Arm Agreement with Premier, Inc.
Scottsdale, Arizona (PRWEB) October 12, 2015 -- OrthoScan, Inc. has been awarded a group purchasing agreement for mini c-arms with Premier, Inc. Effective October 1, 2015, the new agreement allows Premier members, at their discretion, to take advantage of special pricing and terms pre-negotiated by Premier for OrthoScan Mini C-Arms.
“The Premier contract confirms OrthoScan’s industry-leading technology,” said Nelson Mendes, President and CEO of OrthoScan and Ziehm Imaging. “As a result of this agreement, we're able to provide Premier customers with the most innovative mini c-arms on the market. The OrthoScan FD Pulse provides pulsed fluoroscopy along with exceptional image quality, and Mobile DI offers portability and diagnostic digital imaging in a unique package.”
OrthoScan’s FD Pulse is the first mini c-arm with pulsed fluoroscopy and state-of-the-art image quality. A 35% larger square-shaped detector provides the largest field of view in any direction, enabling the user to see more anatomy. This flat detector design and compact form factor allows optimal positioning in the surgical environment. OrthoScan’s Mobile DI is an affordable 35lb portable digital imaging device for offices and emergency departments, capable of still images and fluoroscopy. Mobile DI easily moves between patient rooms and satellite offices, and does not require lead-lined walls.
