Agent Invitation Project Challenges Zillow, Trulia and realtor.com

Share Article

Agent Invitation was founded to reduce the cost for real estate agents to meet new clients and to help consumers find a great agent for their needs anywhere in the US. We provide the information consumers need to research, compare, and contact agents rather than relying on expensive, unhelpful agent advertising that limits choice and increases cost.

Agent Invitation has announced a grass roots alternative to Zillow, Trulia and realtor.com. They aim to dramatically reduce the cost of advertising and promotion for real estate brokers and agents, and to help consumers easily research, compare, and contact real estate agents that are a good match for their needs anywhere in the United States.

Real estate brokers and agents will present their listings and share their credentials, unique skills, experience, neighborhood knowledge, client reviews and recommendations at no cost. They will pay a token fee only when a potential client reaches out to them. The service is free to consumers.

Agent Invitation will share helpful information, from many agents, at a very low cost. This contrasts with Zillow, Trulia and realtor.com who sell advertising, featuring fewer agents, at a much higher cost. All advertising costs paid by real estate brokers and agents are recovered in the fees they charge consumers.

Agent Invitation is gathering input from leading real estate practitioners to complete the first edition of this project.
