Committed To Outcomes™ (C2O) is a creative collaboration of retirement industry firms to produce and share information and educational messages useful to millions of Americans saving through employer-sponsored retirement plans. Member firms will meet as a best practices group and will underwrite the authoring of messages for industry publication as well as videos, animations, infographics and articles to share with clients, partners and most importantly—participants, to help them take best advantage of the opportunities of saving in their retirement plan.
C2O members align on the core theme that drives business every day—a commitment to helping others achieve their retirement savings goals. “As an industry, we tend to be comfortable writing and talking about plan design, tax savings and regulatory concerns, but we often don't translate this effectively to why we’re here—to help millions of people reach their long term retirement income goals.” says Alan Gross, president of GSM Marketing and founding organizer of Committed To Outcomes.” He continued, “Our goal is to produce high quality content participating member firms can share freely with clients, referral partners and most importantly, plan participants under their own brand. The group will fund and help prioritize creative production of original videos, animations, infographics, email communications and social messaging programs.”
As a collaborative group, Committed To Outcomes will produce and share more content than any single firm is likely to be able to fund, prioritize and deliver. And every firm will be able to leverage this effort under their own brand while being recognized as contributing to this important industry initiative. Retirement plan consultants, administrators, recordkeepers, investment advisors, attorneys, fiduciaries, trustees, custodians and other service providers are invited to apply for membership as founding members.
