Enjoy Halloween-themed fun that’s ideal for families at Happy Hauntings at Dutch Wonderland, October 17-18, 24-25, 31 and November 1. Happy Hauntings features more than 30 themed rides and attractions, including the “Scareeeee-Go-Round,” the “Roller Ghoster,” and the “Witchie Whip.” A trip to Happy Hauntings wouldn’t be complete without seasonal treats, including s’mores roasted around a fire and pumpkin funnel cakes.

Returning this year, “Trick-or-Treat Trail” will be located on the pathways of Exploration Island. Guests 12 and under can trick-or-treat with over 20 lifelike dinosaurs as they make their way through 10 stops along the trail for candy and other surprises. Special trick-or-treat bags will be available at the beginning of the trail courtesy of AAA Central Penn.

New for 2015, Dutch Wonderland unveils Merlin the Great, a live show starring the kingdom’s very own Merlin the Magician. Featuring music, dance and illusions, this Halloween-themed show is included with park admission.

Happy Hauntings is open Saturdays from 2 pm to 9 pm and Sundays from 2 pm to 8pm, October 17-18, October 24-25, October 31 and November 1. Admission is $23.99 per person ages three and up (subject to amusement tax).
