Hawksley Consulting is an exciting addition to our UK operations. Hawksley provides additional skills to complement and extend our capabilities to address our clients’ current and future challenges.
Warrington, UK (PRWEB) October 15, 2015
Hawksley Consulting, a business consulting firm focused on strategy and planning, business improvement, transformation and programme consultancy services for water, infrastructure and energy clients, has launched in the UK as a wholly-owned subsidiary of MWH Global.
“Hawksley Consulting is an exciting addition to our UK operations,” said Cath Schefer, MWH UK Managing Director. “Hawksley provides additional skills to complement and extend our capabilities to address our clients’ current and future challenges.”
“We are dedicated to providing the best service and expertise to our clients. Launching this business area allows us to better focus on and address the increasingly complex challenges faced by our clients – ranging from greater regulatory requirements to workforce development,” said Dan McConville, Global President of Hawksley Consulting.
As a wholly-owned subsidiary of MWH, Hawksley Consulting works closely with the MWH engineering, technical consultancy and construction businesses while also establishing and expanding its business consulting services.
Hawksley Consulting is currently operating in the U.S. and now in the UK, with other operations beginning in Asia Pacific and the Middle East during 2016. Hawksley Consulting plans to be operating globally by early 2016.
“Throughout this roll-out, we expect any change to be seamless,” said Andrew Stiven, Director of Hawksley Consulting in the UK. “Our consultants will continue providing business advisory services and support to our current water, energy and infrastructure clients with little change to our current day-to-day operations.”
Hawksley Consulting is named after Thomas Hawksley, a 19th century visionary and innovator that used his passion and skills to envision better public infrastructure and healthier communities. In 1992, Watson Hawksley, a UK-based engineering firm co-founded by Thomas Hawksley, merged with James M. Montgomery Consulting Engineers in the U.S. to become part of the MWH brand.
MWH has a family of separate, affiliated operating companies, including Hawksley Consulting. MWH Global, with its subsidiaries, is a private, employee-owned company.
