Title Alliance Announces Sales Director for Title Alliance of Indy Metro, LLC in Greenwood, IN
Media, PA (PRWEB) October 15, 2015 -- Title Alliance, Ltd, a RESPA-compliant ESOP leader in joint ventured title insurance agencies, announced today that Title Alliance of Indy Metro has appointed Tim Dobbs as Sales Director. Title Alliance announced this partnership with Keller Williams in July 2014.
Tim joins the team managed by Kristina Earhart , and brings with him a passion for customer service. While his early career was working in customer service for his family run business, he has spent the past 15 years in the title industry. For seven of those years he managed a successful title office dealing with the day to day operations making certain that all pieces ran smoothly. Tim has experience in all aspects of title, including processing files and clearing title. However, Tim is at his best when he is in the closing room and interacting with clients. His career is centered on doing whatever is necessary to get the job done.
“My strongest qualities are those I learned from my dad,” Dobbs says. He continues, “Servicing the customer, being flexible and forming long term relationships are crucial to my success. I love being in the closing room. Being able to help get buyers into their new homes really is really something special.”
Earhart says, “Tim is going to make a big difference in the office. With him out fostering relationships and assisting with closings, I’ll be able to focus on title matters. Together our team will successfully be able to deliver professional and accurate closings and continue to grow.”
Dobbs believes in Title Alliance’s joint venture business plan and sees great potential both for Title Alliance and the Real Estate offices and Agents involved. He looks forward to establishing new and fostering existing relationships in his new role. Dobbs holds both an Indiana Title Producers License and an Indiana Notary.
