Gravity4, the world’s first high frequency marketing cloud, announced today the appointment of Allen Maximilian to the role of Chief Financial Officer, effective October 9th. Mr. Maximillian will report directly to Chairman and CEO of Gravity4, Gurbaksh Chahal.

Prior to Gravity4, Mr. Maximillian was Vice President and Worldwide Controller at Amobee, a global digital advertising company acquired by Singtel. Prior to that, he held a similar role at Guavus, a firm specializing in Big Data analytics. At both organizations, Mr. Maximillian successfully established a scalable worldwide financial infrastructure ready to meet the challenges of fluctuating market conditions, and positioned both companies to successfully navigate the conditions and requirements of an initial public offering (IPO). He has also held financial leadership roles at large multinational technology companies, including Sun Microsystems, Veritas Software, and News Corp.

Mr. Maximillian has extensive experience providing sound financial and organizational guidance during acquisition activities, and possesses a deep understanding of successful post-acquisition integrations processes. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles, and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
