MindManager Enterprise 2016: Mindjet Unveils a New Business Solution
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB UK) 15 October 2015 -- Today, Mindjet is launching a new edition of its MindManager Enterprise business solution. This is available to qualified customers - and now includes MindManager Enterprise 2016 for Windows (with all the available components and standard integrations), MindManager 10 for Mac, and other business integrations and features for use across an entire company. Another completely new feature is the MindManager Reader, which allows even non-MindManager users to work interactively with shared mind maps.
New Opportunities for Visualisation
At the heart of the new solution is MindManager Enterprise 2016 for Windows, with its new features for organising and presenting information. In particular, this new version dramatically expands options for visualizing workflows, sharing knowledge, and coordinating projects through the addition of templates and tools for creating flowcharts, swim lane charts, concept maps, and decision diagrams. This makes MindManager not only suitable for presenting maps with a radial hierarchical structure, but also for many other applications. Teams and businesses will benefit from how easy it is to use and from the freedom to choose the right type of visualisation for every situation, target group, and requirement.
Flexible Combinations of Diagrams
New branch-type arrangements and simplified labelling of connecting lines are available not only for the new diagram types but also for all MindManager maps. At the same time, many of the most valuable MindManager features can also be used with the new diagram types. Notes, attachments, symbols, tags, and other content can be easily added to flowcharts, for example. Diagrams and maps can also be combined; for example, tasks and budgets, including roll-up calculations, can be added to a flowchart to display all relevant information in a single view.
Collaboration Across a Business
The new MindManager Reader for Windows will become an essential tool for teams and businesses by enabling all non-MindManager users in an organisation to view and interact with shared maps, opening up new opportunities for collaboration. The MindManager Reader allows Windows users without a MindManager licence to view all map objects and diagrams, search for specific information with maps, use filter and index functions, and print maps and diagrams.
"Our customers have often requested the ability to share maps with their colleagues, and the MindManager Reader now makes this possible," said Todd Clyde, Mindjet EVP and General Manager of MindManager. "This represents another great benefit for customers covered by a Mindjet Service and Support (MSA) package because they can collaborate by sharing maps, flowcharts and other MindMindManager diagrams across their organization. "
Additional Business Integrations and Services
The look of the new version is aligned with Microsoft Office 2016 to make navigation even simpler. This new release offers improved support for integration and synchronization between MindManager Enterprise 2016 and Microsoft SharePoint, including support for Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint.
Administrative tools and support are available to help enterprise customers roll out implementation in accordance with business needs.
MindManager Enterprise 2016, including the MindManager Reader and improved SharePoint integration, is available immediately. Additional information can be found on the Mindjet website.
