FPG (http://www.frontlineperformancegroup.com), in partnership with Bobit Business Media (http://www.bobitbusinessmedia.com), is conducting a ‘Sentiment Survey’ of owner / operators to correspond with their upcoming ARN Summit presentation, “What Keeps You Up At Night?”

FPG and Bobit Media have partnered to conduct a survey of business owner/operator, intended to provide valuable insights on how various customer-facing retail operations ‘stack up’ against their peers and other industries.

This study was designed and being conducted by FPG’s field consulting team. According to Ken Stellon, FPG’s Managing Partner, “Our delivery to a wide variety of rental operators, car manufacturers, hotels, contact centers and financial services firms uniquely positions us to obtain information from a true cross-section of the retail marketplace. Senior leadership within our client engagements appreciate being part of our annual surveys and the additional insights it provides them.”

The study is surveying senior leadership and business owners, representing multiple verticals, over twenty major brands in over thirty major markets across the United States, Europe, Canada and Latin America.

The results of the survey will be revealed on November 9th, 2015, during the Auto Rental Summit hosted by Auto Rental News at the Seminole Hard Rock Café & Casino located in Hollywood, Florida.
