First South Bank Announces Hire of Jeremy Dickinson as Market Executive in Morehead City

First South Bank, the wholly owned banking subsidiary of First South Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ : FSBK) is pleased to announce the hire of Jeremy Dickinson as Market Executive in Morehead City.

Jeremy will be responsible for leading the Morehead City team and helping them grow their presence and contributions in Carteret County. Jeremy has over 13 years of retail and commercial banking experience. He will be instrumental in the implementation of the Bank’s strategic initiatives and inspiring corporate culture through personal leadership.

Prior to joining First South Bank, Jeremy worked at First Citizens Bank and Wachovia Bank. Although Jeremy spent the majority of his banking career in the Wilmington, NC market, he grew up in Carteret County and his family has generational ties to the Crystal Coast region.

“I’m excited to join the First South team,” said Jeremy, “and I look forward to the opportunity to share First South’s trademark “You First” experience with each of my customers.”

Jeremy currently resides in Morehead City, N.C. with his wife June and four kids, Caroline, Tucker, Abigail and Lucy. Jeremy is looking forward to being actively involved in the business community and helping coach youth sports. Jeremy and his family attend First Baptist Church in Morehead City.
