Cancer Hope Network Partners with Medocity to Support Cancer Patients and Their Caregivers

Beginning October 2015, CHN patients and their families will have free access to the iCancerHealth platform where they are able to access CHN support information, while using iCancerHealth to coordinate care and track symptoms, medications and more.
iCancerHealth is an intuitive, comprehensive platform that bridges the gap between the clinic and the patient’s home. Key features include:
• Ability to manage and track medications, symptoms and treatment plan;
• Guiding the patient and caregiver with timely disease and drug specific information; and
• Connecting the patient with the patient’s care team, family and friends to share information
