The first seminar in the series, “Real Talk” Small Business/Employer Seminar, will be held on October 22, 2015 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at LGC, located at 550 West “C” Street, Suite 1400, San Diego, CA 92101.
BOSS, an accounting and human resource company in San Diego, has joined forces with LGC, a premier law firm, to inform small business owners and employers about the effects of the latest business and employment laws in California. Due to frequent changes in the law, many small business owners remain unaware of the risks of non-compliance and potential legal liabilities they face as new state and federal business laws are implemented.
In order to help California business owners who are struggling to comply with regulations, the seminar will feature the most crucial employment law changes. In addition, the seminar will discuss the influence on human resources and regulatory compliance, as well as solutions for business owners to comply with California laws.
