After nearly 60 years in Kearny Mesa, Hawthorne Power Systems has upgraded their facilities and relocated to a new, state-of-the-art site in Rancho Bernardo. Located at 16945 Camino San Bernardo, Bldg. D, San Diego, CA 92127, the expanded unified campus will house machinery, power systems, on-highway trucking, parts and product support to better serve customers.
Joe Corbaci, Power Systems Product Support General Manager, explains, “The new facility has state-of-the-art capabilities that are truly groundbreaking. Our engine, generator, and on-highway truck testing center can test engines up to 4,250 horsepower, conduct load bank testing up to 3,300 KW, and perform truck chassis dynamometer testing up to 1,000 horsepower.”
