Popular Enrollment Health Workshops Gear Up for the 2015/2016 Academic Year

Yield Boot Camp is back for another season of improving college’s and university’s “yield,” the percent of admitted students who actually enroll and attend any one higher education institution. Basically, a “How to Increase College Enrollment” workshop.

Paskill Stapleton & Lord’s (PS&L) higher education workshops designed to help clients through more effective and insightful sales management, Yield Boot Camps were presented at a dozen colleges and universities, both private and public, throughout nation in the 2014/2015 academic year. For the 2015/2016 year, PS&L Mananger of Business Development Janet Sieff expects PS&L enrollment management consultants to increase the number of workshops presented.

A two-day, on-campus admissions training workshop, Yield Boot Camp focuses on tactics that help admissions teams increase their yield through a variety of techniques and strategies, such as how to close the deal, evaluating commitment levels, making the most of campus visits and, in general, building a strong case for enrollment.

Thus far, PS&L has scheduled three YBCs for the 2015/2016 academic year, one private college and two public universities, and spread out from New Jersey to Tennessee to Wisconsin.

“Over two days, we’ll train your admissions staff to become more effective in yield management and provide you with recommendations that will impact your yield in 2016,” says Sieff.
