In addition to integrating seamlessly with their existing price optimization solution, CPO Commerce was seeking assistance with MAP monitoring, as this condition applies to approximately 20% of the brands they sell on their sites. “Effective MAP monitoring can be extremely elusive with differential in-cart pricing that can change at any time,” stated Chandraraj. “We recognized the immediate business value of 360pi’s MAP alert functionality, which literally identified dozens of violations for a single brand upon implementation, and kept a history for future reference.”
