With traffic fatalities on the rise across the United States, and increases in driver distractions, a new segment of VOICES IN AMERICA will focus on safe driving. Host James Earl Jones will open the segment which will discuss statistics, new studies, and how people can make sure they are driving safe. This segment will feature information on the importance of and how to avoid being distracted while driving, such as with passengers, grooming, talking, or texting while driving and eating behind the wheel.
It isn’t only important for teens to be aware of safe driving habits, but adults need to be as well. After all, it takes only a second of one driver’s attention to be taken away from the road and what he or she is doing to cause a serious accident that can result in injuries as well as fatalities. Tune in to the upcoming VOICES IN AMERICA episode to learn more about safe driving.
