About David J. George
David George, Of Counsel, is an aggressive litigator with extensive experience in both federal and state court. For the past 25 years Mr. George has represented individuals, small and large businesses and pension funds in a wide variety of matters, including securities and consumer class actions and complex commercial litigation matters. He is AV® Preeminent Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. George spent 10 years as a senior shareholder at the Boca Raton office of Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP, where he represented investors in the prosecution of securities fraud class actions as well as consumers in consumer class actions. Mr. George recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for scores of clients, from individuals to multi-billion dollar pension funds and those recoveries benefited tens of thousands of class members.
Mr. George was also a commercial litigator at Proskauer Rose for 12 years, after beginning his legal career as an associate in the real estate department of Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart. He is licensed in Florida (1991) and is admitted to all U.S. District Courts in the state, as well as the Circuit Courts of Appeals for the First and Fourth Circuits.
About Scott A. Lombardo
Scott Lombardo, an associate attorney, concentrates his practice in construction law, employment law, and commercial litigation. He earned both an MBA and a J.D. from the University of Florida in 2015, and brings a strong business background to the practice of law.
While in law school, he clerked for two law firms, during which time he worked on matters involving insurance claims, workers’ compensation, workplace discrimination, and class action lawsuits.
Mr. Lombardo led a marketing team for Coca Cola focused on expanding the presence of vending machines in malls nationwide while in undergraduate school in Atlanta. He has also been active politically. He served as the youth coalition director for a Georgia gubernatorial race, and worked in the Florida office of the U.S. Representative for Florida’s 17th congressional district.
About Zachary M. Rothman
Mr. Rothman is an associate attorney in the Wills, Trusts, Estates, and Guardianships practice group. In this capacity he will assist clients in matters involving estates, trusts, wills, guardianships, asset disputes, powers of attorney, and advanced medical directives.
The West Palm Beach native carries on a family tradition of legal service in Palm Beach County, where his father is a board certified civil trial lawyer and mother and stepfather serve as circuit court judges.
He attended the University of Florida for undergraduate studies and law school. Mr. Rothman is licensed in Florida (2015).
