Century 21 Affiliated Enters Alliance With The Jacobs Companies
Deerfield, IL (PRWEB) October 20, 2015 -- Century 21 Affiliated (C21A) is pleased to announce an alliance with The Jacobs Companies, a renowned Chicago-area home builder that is celebrating its 80th anniversary this year. The two businesses plan to launch this new collaborative effort, a C21A office in Deerfield, over the next six to 12 months.
C21A is a full-service real estate agency with 77 offices in the Midwest. More than 1,500 sales associates currently work for the company, which was named the top Century 21 franchise in 2014 for closing more than 12,000 transactions, amounting to $2.5 billion in sales volume.
C21A is thrilled to be working with The Jacobs Companies. The prominent home builder has been a family-owned and operated business since its inception in 1935. In that time period, the company has built nearly 6,000 custom and semi-custom homes throughout the Chicagoland area, primarily concentrating on the North Shore. The Jacobs Companies President and CEO Keith Jacobs says the alliance with C21A “is an exciting venture. Their expertise and knowledge in Chicago real estate will lead to more avenues to explore as developers.”
Real estate broker Erik Gimbel was hand selected over hundreds of brokers to oversee the North Shore C21A office. Gimbel has been working in the North Shore and Chicago market for several years and been a North Shore resident his entire life. His “no fear” approach to technology, employing strategic social media and online marketing plans for sellers, as well as strong background in finance have helped him become a top agent in the area. In 2014, Gimbel received the Young Realtor of the Year Award from the North Shore-Barrington Association of Realtors Board.
“This office will be a first in the North Shore for C21A, and it represents a major milestone for the company,” says Gimbel. “Working with The Jacobs Companies means we are taking an aggressive approach to entering the market. I have big plans for the C21A and The Jacobs Companies alliance.”
