Hiring Companies Can See Interest in Current Job Opening and Why Passive Talent Chose Other Roles

Anthology, the anonymous talent marketplace that is redefining career placement, rolled out a series of new analytical features today at the HR Technology Conference & Exposition. The Anthology Employer Analytics dashboard gives employers on the Pro plan the ability to see how often members expressed interest in their job openings compared to other competitor openings. Most importantly, for the first time ever, employers are able to see verbatim feedback from qualified talent that elected not to express interest and why. In addition, a Reveal Rate allows employers to see how often matched seekers chose to reveal themselves to their company and compared with competitive employers.

The feedback and analytical channel for employers also provides detailed responses as to why members declined certain opportunities, what other employers are willing to pay for similar job openings, the top skills other companies hiring for similar roles are seeking, and more. In addition, Anthology rolled out Member Insights, an updated dashboard on the member’s side of the platform that offers insights into what other passive job-seekers in their line of work are currently earning, as well as, minimum salary requirements for future job opportunities, top reported metro areas, top desired companies, top reporter skills, top desired benefits, as well as their top cultural values.

"A little over a year into our mission, it’s easy to see that innovation in recruiting tech will make the labor market much more efficient," added Leung, "By utilizing data analytics to match the right candidates with the right jobs at the right time in their careers, we believe we are opening the doors to opportunity even further. In doing so, we also think this will incentivize companies to provide a great employee experience which will result in increased productivity and innovation -- a win-win for everyone. Most importantly, by arming both talent and employers with deep data insights about how they stack up in the marketplace, both sides can learn and optimize their respective efforts powered by actual data and not just ‘best practices’ and tips from thought leaders.”

“For the longest time enterprises have struggled to find the best candidates for open positions, as they are holding a job,” noted Holger Mueller, Vice President and Principal Analyst at Constellation Research. “Likewise professionals did not have a way to ‘test’ the market, often leading to frustration on the current job. Today modern analytics solutions allow for both enterprises and job seekers to find each other, allowing professionals to reach job levels they deserve and enterprises to tap into talent potentials that could not be used before.”

Anthology will be showcasing its solution and new features at the Startup Pavilion at the HR Technology Conference & Expo, taking place through October 20 at the Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Now in its 18th year, the expo is the annual Town Meeting of thousands of professionals from around the world who gather to share their expertise and challenges in all forms of technology for HR. In addition to senior HR practitioners, every major industry analyst, consultant, blogger and vendor regularly attends.
