Cirque Salon Studios Expands to Herndon, VA
Herndon, VA (PRWEB) October 19, 2015 -- Cirque Salon Studios, a franchised salon real estate business, announced the development of a new partner-owned location in Herndon, Virginia, today.
This summer, the pioneering salon studio concept rolled out a strategic growth initiative immediately targeting the Carolinas, Washington, D.C. and surrounding suburbs in Maryland and Virginia, and the Mid-Atlantic. Set to open in early 2016, the Herndon location marks the franchise brand’s first foray outside of Charleston.
This new development paves the way for potential opportunities throughout the greater Washington, D.C. area, which includes Northern Virginia, The District proper, and suburban Maryland.
“The D.C. market is by no means fully built out with the Cirque concept or those of our competitors,” said Beau Schweikert, head of real estate and finance for the franchise and the owner of the soon-to-open Herndon location. “We have big plans to fully extend our presence here – either on our own or with interested owners."
Located in Herndon Centre, just minutes from Washington Dulles International Airport, the new location will house nearly 30 studios of varying types and sizes to accommodate aesthetic professionals of all trades, including hair stylists, nail technicians, and massage therapists. Both single- and double-occupancy studios will be available. At 5,000-square feet, the layout will be consistent with the vision that Schweikert and Cirque Salon Studios founder David Manzi have for future franchise locations.
As partners of the Cirque brand, the duo plans to continue building out partner-owned locations while they seek motivated franchise owners with an interest in their real estate investment opportunity.
“Our three Charleston, South Carolina-based locations are thriving – we believe they have a great system and a replicable model, but this is the first time our brand has been taken out of the Charleston market,” added Manzi, founder of the concept and head of operations of Cirque Salon Studio’s franchise program. “We’re excited to see it expand to a market as promising as the greater D.C. area."
