Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty will hold a grand opening celebration to officially launch its new office with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 500 West Jubal Early Drive, Winchester, Va., on Thursday, Oct. 22, 2015 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
On hand for the festivities, which will be open to the public, will be about a dozen members of the Top of Regional Chamber of Commerce, led by its CEO Christine Kriz, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services PenFed Realty President mid-Atlantic Kevin Wiles and Regional Senior Vice President of PenFed Realty Judy Rudat.
Heading the branch office is Patsy Williamson. “Our new office provides us with a centralized location for our clients and agents,” said Williamson. “We will continue to serve our clients in Winchester, Frederick County and the surrounding areas. “We welcome fellow Realtors® and clients to stop by and visit with our 39 agents who will be working in the new facility.”
Williamson is a 26-year real estate veteran and is currently the chairperson of the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors® Professional Standards and Arbitration Committee. In addition, she recently served on the Virginia Association of Realtors® PSA committee and has been a long time prelicensing instructor for real estate classes.
