Total Stream Systems, LLC Adds Drilling and Wellwork to Its Oil and Gas Software Lineup
Houston, TX (PRWEB) October 21, 2015 -- Total Stream Systems, LLC has announced the release of a new drilling and wellwork program, Total Drilling & Wellwork, as a part of their Total Asset Manager™ (TAM) oil and gas software platform. The new program is able to collect daily information on drilling, completions, and wellwork directly from the field and update the central TAM database to enable comprehensive daily reporting. Wellbore diagrams and horizontal plots that track the path of the well, plus daily facility construction and maintenance tracking, allow for a comprehensive approach to operational activities. Due to the full integration with the AFE component of TAM, the software allows users to capture daily costs on projects and reconcile them against budgets and actuals from any accounting system.
Total Drilling & Wellwork is the latest addition in comprehensive suite of upstream oil and gas software products produced by Total Stream Systems, LLC under their Total Asset Manager™ platform. With this release, their applications now cover the full operational well life cycle, including production tracking, field data collection, AFE management, rig scheduling, equipment management, financial analytics, and SCADA alerting.
“The exciting thing about this program is that it is a completely integrated solution to your AFE workflow,” said Dyk. “It gives you seamless integration on estimated and actual costs coming from the field, compared to what comes from accounting. Since it’s integrated with the entire well life cycle, it gives better visibility for how your total asset is performing over time. All of this gives you tighter control on your budgets.”
Utilizing TAM, operations will gain real-time access to asset data, arming them with information to make timely decisions that improve efficiency, minimize costly downtime, and prevent failures. “What we aim to accomplish with our software is to give clients a system that ties the entire well life cycle together in a single database, which gives you comprehensive visibility for each asset and its performance. We also strive to minimize licensing costs by giving access to unlimited users within an organization,” said Jeff Dyk, founder of Total Stream Systems, LLC.
Among other features, Total Drilling & Wellwork has access to the query and reporting capabilities embedded within TAM, which allows for configurable reports on demand. The interface allows for customizations that fit the needs of individual clients in project capture. Reports can also be sent to pre-defined recipients on a regular schedule.
