Managers can view their employees’ recognition profiles, which can include career milestones, achievement awards, and recognition received by their team members. Notifications instantly inform team leaders regarding the recognition received by employees that report directly to them. This prompts an action for the manager to comment or applaud. Alerts can be received via text alert, email, or push notification in the 360 Recognition app. Managers can also be allotted a monthly budget for discretionary rewards within their team.
