AMC Technology, L.L.C. today announced its Contact Canvas 6.5 solution has achieved certified integration with SAP® applications. The solution has been proven to integrate with the SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM), enabling call center agents to perform telephony functions supported by the toolbar in SAP CRM.

The SAP Integration and Certification Center (SAP ICC) has certified that AMC Contact Canvas version 6.5 integrates with SAP CRM 7.0 Enhancement Package 3 application via the integration scenario SAP CRM Integrated Communication Interface – Computer Telephony Integration (CA-ICI-CTI) 3.07.

During certification, AMC Contact Canvas 6.5 has demonstrated the capabilities of agent login and work mode handling, telephony channel functions, conference handling, transfer handling, consultation handling, ongoing call handling, queue presence, agent presence, free seating, Dual-tone multi-frequency signaling (DTMF).
