Greenberg Traurig Adds Allan D. Reiss; Bolsters Capital Markets, Energy, MLP, and Restructuring Capabilities
NEW YORK (PRWEB) October 20, 2015 -- International law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP continues to grow its Corporate, Energy, and Restructuring practices with the addition of Allan D. Reiss as shareholder in the New York City office. Before joining Greenberg Traurig, Reiss was a partner at Morgan Lewis.
Reiss counsels financial advisors, underwriters, issuers, investors, and funds on corporate and securities transactions across a variety of industries, including energy, shipping, and renewables. He is experienced in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, and has special expertise in high yield debt and master limited partnerships, or MLPs. Reiss also advises clients on out-of-court debt restructurings of distressed issuers, and on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
