Journalists Invited to Attend SAE International’s Augmented-Virtual Reality (AR/VR) Symposium Nov. 5-6 in Birmingham, England
(PRWEB) October 21, 2015 -- Journalists and other members of the media are invited to attend the 2015 SAE Augmented and Virtual Reality (AR/VR) Technologies Symposium. The symposium is co-located with Advanced Engineering UK.

The symposium will feature a keynote address by Joe Barkai, Independent Market Analyst and Consultant. Mr. Barkai will present, “Virtual Reality and Industry 4.0: the Digital Twin in Product Design, Manufacturing and Sustainment” on Thursday, Nov. 5 from 8:45-9:30 a.m.
A technical expert panel discussion will explore the topic of head mounted displays. Elizabeth S. Baron of the Ford Motor Company will moderate a panel consisting of Paul Davies of Boeing Research & Technology; Robert Forrest of BAE Systems; Chris Freeman of AMRC with Boeing; Walkden; and Richard M. Wiles of National Grid.
