TLC completed its regularly scheduled ISO surveillance audit on Friday, October 16th. The surveillance audit, administered by Houston-based ABS Quality Evaluations, Inc., is an in-depth survey of TLC’s Quality Management System as applicable to the ISO 9001:2008 standard.
Why does TLC maintain an ISO certification? Here are three of the many important reasons:

TLC, certified since 2011, chooses to pursue the ISO certification in order to demonstrate to its clients that quality - and continual improvement - truly matters. Many of TLC’s clients are ISO certified themselves. Pursuing the same ideals of predictable and scalable quality processes that those clients are familiar with is of great importance to TLC.
