Mirum, a global digital agency, today announced its latest move to grow regional leadership with the appointment of Bill Melton as Head of Client Services and Marysharon Owens as Vice President, Strategy. Both will be based in San Diego.
Melton recently joined as Head of Client Services, and is tasked with leading and overseeing Mirum’s West Coast roster of clients, including CBRE and Mazda. He joined from Rosetta Los Angeles, where he was the General Manager responsible for driving new business, as well as overseeing digital marketing programs and products for the Activision, AT&T and DIRECTV accounts.
Owens has joined as Vice President, Strategy. Prior to Mirum, Owens served as Global Director of Digital Business & Branding Strategy at Smiths Group plc, transforming customer experience and driving business results across media channels.

With more than 15 years of experience, Melton has managed successful multi-channel and global marketing strategies for Fortune 500 clients across the online retail, gaming, entertainment, CPG and mobile/telecom categories. Before Rosetta, Melton was the SVP, Client Service at Wunderman/Blast Radius, where he led the agency’s largest account, Starbucks. He also served as SVP, Digital Group Account Director at Publicis Seattle, where he expanded the agency’s digital practice and led the digital and creative strategy for T-Mobile. He has held positions at leading digital agencies, including DNA Studio, Genex and Schematic. He has also worked at The Walt Disney Company, Warner Music and Universal Pictures Paramount, producing music videos, television shows and several blockbuster summer movies.
Owens has integrated digital strategy into all aspects of global business for Fortune 100 companies and early-stage software ventures for more than 10 years. Prior to Smiths Group plc, she advanced business results across fashion/designer partnerships, brand/category teams and creative design firms as a Managing Account Director and Creative Strategist at Target Corporation. She also led Product Management and Professional Services for startup initiatives at American Well, a venture-backed Healthcare technology startup, and Microsoft’s New England Research and Development (N.E.R.D) Center in Cambridge, MA.
